At Braces 'n' Faces our Orthodontist has been using Damon braces for over 10 years and, like many orthodontists on the forefront of technology, has noted advantages that the Damon brace have over many other braces currently on the market.

Why Damon Braces?

The advantages of Damon Braces are numerous and include:

• Less visible (as brackets are smaller than other brands of brace)
• More comfortable
• Less frequent visits to the orthodontist for adjustments (and therefore less interruptions to your work, school, and social commitments).

Clear Braces?

Recent advances in Damon Braces technology have also resulted in completely clear brackets on the top front 6 teeth (As shown right). Now, the teeth you see when you smile have brackets that are so clear that only the wire can be seen! While clear brackets are not a new concept in orthodontics, these particular brackets are the first to successfully function as self-ligating. This means you not only get all the advantages of a self-ligating brace (mentioned above) but also, the look of having clear, less visible, braces!
